Venturi Based Forced Convection Static Conditioning Oven

Microprocessor based P.I.D temperature controller is used to maintain the operator set temperature in the process chamber. Digital readout for set temperature, actual temperature and alarm band. Temperature range 25-125deg/c + - 1c

Static OvensProgrammable timer control allows for selection of process time up to 24-hour operation. Three over temperature cut outs to provide protection.

Processing chamber incorporates highly efficient, quick, ceramic heaters used as “long wave” infrared emitter (4-6 micron) and the unique Venturi forced convection system with an insulated fan driven duct to re-circulate hot air to maintain accurate internal temperature.

Cooling using fan extraction to bring the internal temperature back to ambient after selected conditioning time.

Polished stainless steel internal oven with all round insulation. Specially designed processing oven ensures correct airflow for convection currents and exhaust of fumes. Outer shell and frame are powder coated mild steel with a hinged door latch.

2.4 kW max heater power. 240 volts AC single phase.
